Isopon is a repair material that will set to any shape within 10 minutes to become a permanent, hard strong plastic.

Isopon bonds to most materials including wood, concrete, glass fibre, brick, plaster and similar materials. When hardened it may be easily sanded, drilled and painted to produce an undetectable repair.

Careful preparation will ensure a good repair. Remove grease, rust and loose particles before application. Isopon is usable until it begins to gel or stiffen. This will usually be within 5-10 minutes. Isopon is ready for use when are no streaks of hardener in the paste. Mix only what you require, you can always mix more later.

Hardener amounts are not critical. As a simple guide use the equivalent of 1 golf ball of Isopon paste to a pea of hardener. The hardening time can be varied. More hardener or hotter weather will make the Isopon harden quicker. Less hardener or colder weather will make the Isopon harden slower.
