This one day special course would be ideal for beginners in the art of scrollsaw use and is aimed at people who would like to achieve really professional results from their machines.

The scollsaw has become one of the most regularly used craft machines for both amateur and professional use mainly due to it's unparalleled versatility. Yet, to gain real benefits from it's use, beginners should really be appraised of the many possibilities and true potential of these machines.

There is no substitute for hands-on experience. This, coupled with instruction on "tips and tricks" which professional scrollsaw workers jealously keep to themselves, makes this course a "must" for beginners!

Working in a variety of materials, your tutor Ray London, will advise you on the selection of appropriate blades and scrollsaw settings. Ray will also advise on suitable machines as well! Scrollsaw working is fun but like anything else, good practice and the following of certain rules, will build your confidence and ensure that you produce quality work in a very short time.

Your tutor, Ray London, has had many years experience in the craft industry running his own Craft Business. You will be carefully supervised throughout the day and you will be assigned a practical which is designed to develop your skills which you can take home with you after the course.
