We offer free shipping all around the United Kingdom with the exception of large and bulky items to Northern Ireland, northern Scotland and offshore islands such as Jersey and the Isle of Man, where a charge will apply. This is due to courier surcharges. Items are usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days.

For most small items we use Royal Mail First Class to deliver, and Royal Mail Tracked and/or Hermes HomeCall service where we the item is of a certain value.

For larger bulkier items we use a mixture of DPD and ParcelForce for distribution.

Certain items, such as Lyte Ladders, are shipped straight from the manufacturer's factory and in general take around 3-5 days for delivery

Other worldwide destinations for larger items are possible but we would need to quote for delivery on an order by order basis, please use our enquiry form.

Undelivered Items

Occasionally items do go missing in the postal/courier systems. In this event please do contact us on 0800 034 1806 and we will either try to find the missing item with our couriers or dispatch a replacement item upon receipt of our lost mail declaration.
